Payments:
For enrolled students at VAPA minis, there are three options in regards to payment:

- Pay in full for the Term by week 1
- Pay two payments; first payment due week 1, second payment due week 5
- Pay weekly (please note there is a surcharge for this service)
Cancellations:
Afternoon students (2pm onwards) must notify CJ by 11am the morning of the class or it will still be charged as normal. Cancellations must be done by text or email.
Morning students (anytime before 2pm) must notify CJ the night before the day of their class or the class will still be charged as normal. Cancellations must be done by text or email.
If you forget to notify us or don’t show up to your class, the class will still be charged as normal.
At VAPA minis, we understand that kids can sometimes be very unreliable and things happen! We want to be as accommodating and as fair as possible, so will give each family one “free late cancellation”. – Meaning if you are out of the time frame to cancel, you will still get a makeup lesson! This is only allowed once!
Makeup Classes/Credits:
If you adhere to the cancellation policy above, you will be given a class credit and you can book into another class at your own convenience.
Refunds
Refunds will not be given if you’ve paid for classes and not shown up, or given sufficient notice.
Privacy
For the protection of you, your child and VAPA minis, we have security cameras in and outside the building. Please note, these are for security purposes only.
